Emerging Human Capital Leaders Initiative - Referral Form
The Emerging Human Capital Leadership Initiative (EHCLI) is a professional development program that exposes participants to the most effective and innovative human capital (HC) practices in education, while building their knowledge, skills, and network to support their career advancement.

EHCLI aims to grow and strengthen the pipeline of leaders who can design and implement highly-effective human capital functions in school districts, charter management organizations, and state education agencies serving our nation’s highest need students.

Please Note: EP will contact referrals to assess interest in the program, but all referred candidates must complete the 2018 EHCLI application in order to be considered as a participant, including submission of a more detailed letter of recommendation.
